The time has come for me to sell my 1.8VVC Rover 100!
The car has served me well as a 1.1 and as a 1.8, I am only selling as I want something with a bit more comfort and different.
Its probably about 145 - 155 bhp the exhaust is restricting though!
So the car is as follows
Rover 100 1.8VVC in kingfisher blue
143VVC mems2j engine no head gasket issues, cam belt and head gasket done by previous engine owner of engine

Spi to Mpi converted –
fuel pump
engine bay fuel pipes
mpi brake vacuum pipe
mpi coolant pipes
Engine/exhaust -
1.8VVC 143 mems2j engine
Converted loom
Short ratio r65u gearbox with fresh gearbox oil
Metro gti exhaust manifold and downpipe
Decat and then standard GTI exhaust back, nice and quiet when it needs to be, crisp sound when you put your foot down with the air intake.
52mm Throttle Body
Carbon cylinder style air intake/air filter.
New starter motor (rover 216)
New alternator.
New alternator belt.
New battery
suspension
Lowered and individualised hydro elastic suspension.
Rear rods cut by 10mm
Rear MGF cans on the front.
Front and rear anti roll bars, front ARB poly bushes
2x new track rod ends
2x MGF bottom ball joints.
Wheels/Brakes
Metro GTI front callipers
Front braided hoses
Pagid pads
Drilled and grooved disks
14inch KN Racelines (1 is ever so slightly different to the other 3)
Falken tyres with good tread
2x New rear wheel cylinders
Interior
Metro GTI lightening front seats, door cards, rear seat needs repairing I have it but another rear bench is in the car.
Metro GTI 150 clocks with correct mileage for car.
Working rev counter
Manual fan wired in just to be safe.
Wooden boot floor with carpet
Exterior
Colour coded GTI skirts
Colour coded GTI spoiler with caps.
KN Raceline alloys
With all cars there bad points.
The rear arches have started to bubble but could be repaired if you wanted.
The rear bench as mentioned doesn’t match the front seats
Odd little ding or scuff here and there, corners of the bumpers, small dent in passender door.
Small exhaust blow from de cat gasket.
