My dad's just rung me to say that my 24mm ARB for the 205 has arrived, delivered by a UPS chap who knew exactly what was in the package! Apparently he was very interested in the cars and informed my dad that he was building a RWD nova saloon. Now this really really interests me! Does anyone have any idea who this might be or whether they're on any forums etc. as I'd quite like to know a bit more about it.

sounds interesting, but why on earth do people keep the macpherson strut suspension when they space/tube frame a car ?

that looks sweeeeet I'm guessing they keep the mac struts for ease of the build as you don't have to make lower and upper arms??

but theres all the effort of locating the axle its not too much more to draw up and make some arms really.
would imagine they won't use standard TCA's and tie bars or whatever they use anyway, that would be pretty pointless
plus if they are being built for competitive racing round corners then its well worth it. suppose it saves on costs etc
