Hi,
With the Cortina coming close to fruition I will be looking for my next project in the next couple of months. I am just putting the feelers out to see what is around. I do enjoy a challenge but not something that will take a mortgage to get back on the road. I will be looking to spend around £400. Please post up pictures of your offers, and please don't forget one mans tat is another mans treasure. I would prefer something cheaper the better, ranging from a mini up to american cars, really not fussed, just try me. I would prefer RWD, not essential but preferable.
I would really like something pre-73 but I think this is ambitious, WHY?
Cheers,
Stu.

Got a photo of the caddy today, its all there bar the windscreen, they had started stripping it to do the bodywork but don't have time now, reckon about 150-200 takes it Would have put more pics up but my mobile has been playing up all night and doesnt want to send anything to the pc (or take calls or texts )

I'll be prfectly honest, VW's are not really my thing, I know what you are thinking why ask about the Caddy, well it is a VW, but it's a pick up and I have a soft spot for pick ups. GLWS.
Cheers,
Stu.

Ok guys this will be my last bump to see what is around, for the time being. I will just add a few more details on the type of cars I am after, I would really like something old, older the better I would prefer RWD not essential depending on the car. I'm not a massive fan of VW but do like a few of them only the older ones. WHY? I would really prefer a car that is tax exempt, but would consider anything up to the early '90's. Cheers, Stu.
