I spy a Herald/Vitesse in the background of one of those pictures too. Looks like a pair of Trabants to me Seth?? That Dolomite looks awesome, hard as nails. I need to get another Dolomite in my life, great cars.

Now that is how you a mega hard Sprint. I noticed on the TDC forum a few people doubted whether you could get that sort of power out of a Sprint engine .

That's pretty f*cking aggressive. Love the fact that not only is it still competing but actually beating much newer machinery. And anyone that doesn't find a glowing manifold very cool is a little bit dead inside.

I was in touc with this guy a while back - he has the engine canted back towards vetical a fair bit to accomodate the tubular manifold.... he was a really nice and genuine fella....
My first car was a Dolomite Sprint - and this is the main reason why!
