Hi and welcome to my listing for my One off, genuine 1970's survivor Custom Austin Cw10/ Morris Marina Van
So here we have a true timewarp gem, this was built by David Hilder back in the late 70's at a cost of £6000!
It made such an impact on the show circut it wasnt long before his tropy stands were full and Street machine Magazine wanted to run a full feature on this outstanding van. In July 1984 it had a full double page spread and is still remembered and respected to this day... And heres why..
Occili Engineering built Tuned Essex 3-litre V6. with 4-speed manual box

Uprated front suspension with bigger torsion bars, telescopic shocks and uprated discs.
Narrowed Jaguar Independant rear axle, fully rebuilt, powdercoated and detailed
5.5x13 Slotmags with new 205/60x13 Goodrich Comp T/As
8.5x15 Slotmags with new 295/50x15 Goodrich Radial T/As
Colour coded slots
Wide flared steel arches.
Jeep marker lights
Escort Van filler cap and neck
Sunk rear numberplate
Custom valance
Custom nudge bars
Striking White paint with 3 shade retro blue stripes
Custom dash.
Custom electric blue buttoned and padded crushed draylon interior
Detailed engine bay, all wiring etc hidden
After being dry stored from 1986-2006 it underwent a complete mechanical refurbishment.
Rebuilt axles/ suspension, steering, new discs, pads, calipers, new tyres, top end rebuild, completely rewired, new pro-built stainless steel twin exhaust system.
In 2010 I had the custom interior copyed in fresh new electric blue crushed draylon, padded & buttoned. (ideal for a show sleeper)
Its still gleaming and as fresh as it was in Street Machine.
Faltless to drive, very powerfull and smooth
