hiya, everyone knows what the sapporo looks like, how it was built and how well its been looked after....
my mate said he was never going to sell his supra but down to his financial situation hes gonna be putting it up for sale in 2 weeks...i want it....
first of all I'm not sure how much the sapporo is worth (all I know is what I paid for it,) and if people are interested? I know everyones holding onto there money at the moment but if I receive a decent enough offer I may be willing to let her go...
Right I know how much I need, I know how much ive spent and feel £3750 is a good starting point
I'm fully willing to put the exhaust back if its not to your taste as I'm very 50/50 about it, Ill throw in the splitter that I'm having painted etc.
the car is fitted with an alarm/immobiliser ect with certificate, spare keys and spare fobs, ive got the V5 ....let me know il get an advert put in reto cars next month, just giving you guys the heads up if you want it first?

Yep, price is necessary along with other details, otherwise the thread will be deleted. This will be a shame as I'm sure that you will be getting a LOT of interest. HotDamn that is a good looking car.

ok, its a 1979 mitsubushi sapporo gsr
designed and built by the famous stu izzard, who was the previous owner for 13years (i think?) ive owner the car for about 8 months and don't a few little touches, nothing major
MOT'd it last week and it went straight though fo 12 months and 6 months tax (got this month) its a 2 litre dual carb setup with big filter the cars got ait ride, work xcell wheels, its been resprayed but the doors arent quite a colour match, all the details ect can be found mainly on stus page, info about the engine work, rebuilt ect the cars had a huge amount of attension at the couple of shows ive done, I hardly knoew how well known the car was before I bought it, think its been featured about 4 times and has pictures in retro cars pretty much every month
the cars is in very good condition as you can see, any qiestions ill do my best to answer, I'm just feeling the need for speed again...
this is a really bad written advert as I hadnt planned on sellng it, this really is a bit last minute, ill put together a better advert after ive slept on it...along with the price

Heres a better advert ive just written up 1979 Mitsubishi Sapporo GSR
This car has been fully rebuilt to a very high standard, most of the work done by the previous owner of 13 years, the car is very well known in the Retro Car scene as is its previous owner Stuart Izzard, I personally have owned the car for about 8 months and need to sell the car for financial reasons…
The car has just been MOT’d for 12 months and was taxed this month for 6 months, The car has been very well looked after and every detail has been well documented on the retro-rides.org website.
The engine has recently had a full rebuilt and has covered approximately 7000 miles since faultlessly, Car comes with a huge folder full of receipts for everything.
The car is fitted with WORK Xcel wheels 14x7.5 which are very rare and in mint condition wrapped in Yokohama Tyres . The car has also been fitted with air ride, you can manually adjust the front and rear suspension separately, The front lights are tinted with film which can easily be removed if not to new owners taste, I’m also willing to relocate the exhaust back to the stock position if required
Details can be found here http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.cg....ad=35074&page=1 And here http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.cg....ad=64130&page=2
The car has recently been fitted with a cat 1 alarm and immobiliser with certificate and spare fobs and keys
As you can see from the pictures the car is of a very high standard. Its has been featured in 4 different magazines and is regularly pictured in retro cars magazine.
The car has No rust and is mechanically perfect, the engine has just been serviced with new oil, plugs and air filter, I also had the carbs re-set up so its running 100% perfectly as always and giving approx 30 miles to the gallon on a long run, the car is used as a daily drive by myself and I’ve loved every minute of it. The car will also come with a front spoiler that I have had custom made it really suits the era of the car, really does look smart, just got to get it painted and fitted.
Mitsubishi Sapporo’s are getting very rare and had to come by nowadays as many have simply rotted away, as far as I’m aware this is the best Mitsubishi Sapporo in the country, you only have to type in Sapporo GSR on goggle and nay picture of this car pop up, its had a few sets of wheels fitted thought out the years but it’s the same car
There’s so much I could say about the car Id be here all-day, if you have any questions ill do my best to answer them or find out for you.
I'm looking for £3750 ovno for this car its well worth it if not more
Here’s a few pics, hundreds more available online and on one of the many websites the car has been features on, like retro-rides, Japanese nostalgic, Retro cars…

If you´d have used the forum layout matrix we´d have all the details and I wouldn´t have to ask where the car is located?

whilst I'm at it, I forgot to mension in the boot is a custom built box with a 15" RE AUDIO sub, 1200RMS amp and a second battery, Tested at 130Db setup with over £700 easily going with the car, bit annoyed I forgot to mension this early as its a very nice and very expensive bit of kit

Seen this car today as it drove past me in Gt Blakenham and it looks uber kool Sketch. Alot of retro kool for the money!
However I will say that either Stevie Wonder or a pin any silver on a door competition picked the colour on the p/s door! Reminded me of a '95 Polo Harlequin!

Good luck with the sale, I'd have it back if I hadn't spaffed the cash on furniture a couple of things though, I bought it in 2004 so only had it five years and the recent paintwork was only the four corners with the small amount of paint that came from the previous owners respray, hence the doors looking a touch off as it's a few years older.
