To be honest, I don't know much about this show aside from the fact one of my friends on Facebook was tagged in it...I'm not even sure if the pictures will show to non-Facebookers. The cars are good though, so it's worth a try: The best KA I've ever 'scene'. Low Golfs in lovely, understated retro shades: I usually prefer my MX5s in the earlier variety but this one is pretty special. Hopefully you'll all be able to see the pics...if not I guess I'll have to re-host them whan I get the chance. www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=63871&id=154787927905475

Finally an MX-5 on billets, I knew it would work I think I must be of just the right age to prefer big bumper Mk2's too. Matt

I clicked on the link (which worked!) hoping to see a couple more photos of one of those /\. Sadly there's only the one of my favourite

That 605 has helped me over my initial disappointment that the thread is nothing to do with Fred Dinage.

I assume Amazo won't approve If it's on 'bags I might; I drew some diagrams of the suspension of how I'd make this PSP'd pic of one of mine: a 'bagged reality. Although I fear that looking at the rear camber on his, he's just stuck shortened springs on and is waiting until the road grinds away the rear trailing arm mounts and front anti-roll bar mounts. Oh, and how very egalitarian of you to attempt to deduce my viewpoint.

Why/how would air-ride remove the camber?
I'm loving that 605, seriously cool car.

Why/how would air-ride remove the camber? It wouldn't. But if you're going to the hassle of 'bagging an E21, fitting an anti-camber kit on the rear is child's play. Providing you move the rear arches up about 3 inches, or stretch the arches so that the tops of the wheels don't rub on them once they're de-cambered.

That StreetKa is... stunning! Everything doe indeed have potential. The Opel Rekord is my favourite I think.

Found myself really liking the StreetKa, not something I usually give a second glance. Nothing about it ticks any of my like box individually (apart from the colour), but together as a whole it really works.

B'stard. That's one of my blueprints for the Xant. Trouble is I love it so much I'm probably going to do it anyway. ;D

Sorry, I don't mean to argue, I just don't see how having camber is a sign of a badly/lazily built car. Surely if it's usually driven at a more sensible height and just dropped for shows then you wouldn't want to correct the camber for it slammed, or you'd be driving with a whole bunch of positive camber when you're not on the floor. Plus there's the simple fact that a lot of people like a bit of camber from an aesthetic point of view. Or are the anti-camber kits actually complete lower arm sets to convert from semi-trailing arm to a true trailing arm removing the camber gain all together? (I'm not too clued up on BMW's).

the 605 is Belgian and was in the last edition of Max Power (RIP) iirc. Either that or it cropped up on here before
