Car is fantastic as always! ,.. as an added bonus you can see Datsuncherry (and his Datsun), me, Rainking's other half (Abi), Darren's other half (Leah), and I believe Rainking in the second picture.
It has also bought back memories of RCS,.. so now I'm even more excited!

Thanks Matt, welcome to the board...that pic is a constant source of annoyance since I found it on the original VWVortex thread...it's my benchmark for lowness. Mine simply won't go that low with the current struts. There's another J-car thread on the go at the moment, check it out: http://retrorides.proboards29.com/index.....read=1108585737
Any chance of some pics of your car?

yeah, I hooked into that thread a while back and copied most of the photo's. some of the best ones i've been able to find. found this board thanks to kyteler, he gave me the crown thread link since he knows i'm a bit of an old toyota addict. i'll start my own thread to show some pics of my cars, should be up in the next day or so.
been hoping to find a decent condition cressida myself but there's so many other semi rare toyota's over this side of the world that when I have the money its going to be a hard decision on which one I choose.
as for lowering i'd say your car isn't that far off it, the wheel choice on the red car probably makes it look lower but I don't know how they drive it like that, if they've got any suspension travel then the guards would have to rub.
cheers Matt

Is the back lower than the front, or is that the picture??
Looks good with the blue and yellow in the piccie ,..
Now you just need to adjust those wing mirrors so you can use them

a. Probably...the front is supposedto be about 1" or 2" lower...but the struts ran out of travel/compression!
b. Thanks...I had the floor painted specially*
c. I use them all the time**
*That's not true. ** Neither is that.
