I bought this car in 2006 and it kind of sat up for about a year. In 2008, I got up and got it going and here is where it sits now. I have had the car stripped all the way to the metal. I've had the bumpers tucked. It is lowered on Civic EG springs cut and heated. I have a 1979 Honda Accord 1.8L engine in it. I have a one-off front air dam fabricated by my mechanic. I have Carroll Shelby 13x5.5 wheels with Sumitomo 175/50-13 tires. Thanks for looking.

^^^ I don't know if I have any engine shots. It doesn't look like anything special. There aren't any shiny components or anything, lolol.
Thanks, again, for the compliments.
Hey, Blackbullet. Found the site and thought I'd post my contribution. I wondered if you were on here.

Hi qdseeker. Nice car you've got - love the little Civic's. I've grown up in a Honda dealership in Denmark, and remember we had these great little cars in the showroom. At that time they were fast little cars and great fun to drive, owners loved them. Must admit they tended to rust "a bit". My father still has the very first one he sold new ( 2 step automatic ) in 1973 - as he bought it back some years ago.

CVCC = (Compound vortex controlled combustion) Read about it once, and it's a special head that features an extra intake valve, that's situated somewhere between the intakemanifold and the combustionchamber. It was a way to reduce emissions to clear the U.S. demands. It has a 2 way carburettor - 1 st. feeds a small combustionchamber a normal air/fuel ratio mixture, which is ignited by the sparkplug. This combustion is passed onto the normal combustionchamber (using this extra valve) which has a very lean air/fuel ratio mix from the 2 carb. This mixture is so lean it can not be ignited by a spark only, and is ignited by the mix from the small chamber. Result was an engine so low on emissions, it did'nt need a cat. Brilliant idea.
Does this make any sense at all . . . ?
