I collected this yesterday. ;D Not sure if '93 is retro, but it must be pretty close. It has 106,000 miles, but a huge pile of history. I intend using it as transport, but cycling to work several days a week, so it won't quite be a 'daily'. I can't spend much on modifying it (any spare cash will go on my Beta Spider), but I'd like to do a few things... The wheels on it are in perfect condition, but I'm not sure they suit the car/colour. It's ace to drive (reminds me of my old Uno Turbo), but is a bit of an ugly duckling so it needs all the help it can get. Here's a couple of rubbish pics I took in my work car park: I'll take some more in the light tomorrow. The original advert is here (with more pictures): pistonheads.com/sales/2275621.htmCheers Duncan

Love it! It's not an ugly duckling - it's an acquired taste. Personally I think the Dedra's grown into it's looks over the years.
Nice example too - I followed your thread on the Lancia forums.
I remember a quote from a What Car road test between the Dedra, the BMW 325 and summat else and there was a great quote, something along the lines of "the Dedra leaves the 325 choking in it's dust!".

It's fairly quick too (it has the 8v Integrale turbo engine). ;D Thanks for the fitting in vote.

What a peach! Seldom seen when new, so must be pretty rare this far down the line! I hope you manage to keep it in it's current condition - it looks immaculate!

Very very rare these days, always rather liked them......they look odd from some angles, and very handsome from others. Strange cars, based on the Fiat Tipo (Teapot) I think.......not sure on survival figures, but, it's only in double figures in the UK I think......
Always fancied a Thema, personally. In 8.32 form if you absolutely must, or a very tidy Turbo 16 valve.

Nice looking car, saw it advertised and thought it was a good price. Had a Dedra Turbo a few years back and it was great until one of the big ends let go - same as the Thema Turbo I had too! Definately an underated car, as were the Beta's unfortunately...

The wheels are in very good condition, and the tyres are newish, but I just don't think they suit the car. If I can find another original wheel (it came with 3!) I'll refurb them and go back to those. I'll have to decide between polished or anthracite coated. This is what my wheel looks like now This is what they should look like: What do you guys think? Cheers Duncan

Definatly go for the polished look, would look sweet against the crisp white of the car.
Tis a nice looking Dedra I drove on of the older models once, can't quite remember which engine it had, pretty sure it wasnt the turbo but was a nice car all the same. Don't tend to see many around but a nice find mate
