Bought as a basket case, 3 year resto/mod, finished in 1999, and still evolving as we speak! All home built, narrowed beam, all the normal jazz!. The chromaflair paint was the new thing in 98, don't know if I love it now so much, but on a sunny day, it makes me smile! Hey got the hang of the pic thing! Photographing the paint effect is a mare!......you can see it with the eye, but the camera...he say NO!

Wow. That looks awesome, especially on the steels. The paint looks fabulous.
If it was mine I'd get some chrome bumpers to give a bit more contrast.

I would have done the chrome bumper thing, But I would have had to pay for that, loads a dosh in 97, and they have been shortened and put up real close to the body fnt/rear for a nice 6mm gap , following the body line. But...i agree, it was a money issue. Shame cos they do nice s/steel ones now, I could have tigged up , but a lot of mods went in to getting them that close!.

The chromaflair makes it imo. Looks classy rather than tacky.
