That is awesome The only downside for me is the colour choice, personaly I would have stayed with a more period 2 tone

It's a great bit of work that but I really don't like the XJ door handles. That car shouldn't have modern plasticy door handles. That and I would have taken off the head rests for a more retro look but other than it's a serious bit of kit.

Those guys have built some awesome stuff. Viva on top of an Astra cabriolet with an Escort roof, IIRC...

Oh, its them is it? Nice work. Very much in thier build style. A period two tone would look wrong with the wheels, flares and other mods. Colour works for me. It all works for me. Its not what I would have done but its awesome.
The 2 door coupe work is particularly nice.
I saw some build pics of this a while ago its great to see it finished

seen it before works very well in concept but I don't think it looks quite right .
The PA cresta to me has always been a delicate looking classic the arches and mods to the body make the styling look clumsy also seen the viva and that has similar flaws in my eyes its good and very clever but just doesn't quite work in the looks department

If it was in black it could be a retro Batmobile ! Great stuff.

What a car! Ok, the styling is a little iffy (maybe keeping the dash and the outside a little more stock) but I'd be happy to roll in that . A great partnership there.

I actually rather like it. Kinda like a modern take on a classic. Reminds me a lot of 'that' Volga

Looks alright, if it was me though i would have just shoe horned the XJR engine and rear axle into the cresta shell rather than grafting the cresta shell onto the XJR floor pan, would have also kept some retro wheels (stellies or something) and a retro interior, a true sleeper at its best

I like it. And what an immense amount of time, effort and skill that has gone into it.

Awesome. As much as I may have prefered little detail changes, the overall effect is perfect. Correct choice of wheels, or mabie some big fat deep dish minilights.

Oh, that'd flunk a Beaver (BIVA) Test wouldn't it?
