Tim Thanks, I will let you know. I am not sure what to do with the motor/drive train as it runs bob on as only done 47k, and I just want it as a "No go Show boat" at the moment.

Ok, small update and I know not all folks on here a bothered about stereo's etc, but I like my tunes while driving and the standard MW/LW Mono Radio was just not going to cut it! Now do not get me wrong, I am not a big Boom,Boom man and as you can see I have tried to keep it all looking as if it was done in the 80's! and for old speakers it sounds ok! I found this radio after a bit of searching on the net which is an American unit that can be made to fit most classic/retro cars using different fronts and knobs etc! I managed to use the front off the old radio over the new black front to try and keep it looking as standard as poss. I also fit the remote USB/SD card adaptor in the glove box as to not give the game away. Standard radio! New unit fitted! Very handy USB Connection in the glove box, far better than a CD player and save having to cart around loads of CD's. Now on to the speakers and I managed to find a chap selling some New/Old stock JAMO 2way speakers which I have fitted to the doors. I know not the ideal possition but I did not want to start cutting metal out of the door and I did not want to start making door builds for them coz no one did that in the 80's. They do sound ok where they are. To finish off for now I also found that Pioneer stll make some small Box type speakers so I fit the to the rear shelf thus only having to make a few small holes for the wires and screws, as I did not again want to cut big holes in the shelf. I think I have managed to upgrade the sounds without making it look out of place. It sounds ok but a bit to much top end sound. I am looking at one of those under seat small subs to fill in the low end sound, again without it being seen. ;D ;D ;DI hope you like??? ;D ;D ;D

Lovely wee civic but tbh the door cars speakers are a fail ! Never destroy mint door cards. Love the rear speakers though.

No massive Mods, just an old roof rack I got off e-bay!! The old beast looks good in my works showroom tho? They used it for the new Civic Promo!

Still looks great, the wheels and drop make such a massive difference. I would be tempted to make your own acoustic style shelf for the rear speakers and would haveeft the original shelf umtouched. Love the colour as well, used to always see gold ones of these round here, must of been the ageing generation, that and brown

what a really nice car, looks like brand new!! love the wheels, not sure about the tyres, the drop looks good, i love that the things you've done are 'period' if you get my drift. The stereo is a cool choice because it's in keeping with the car. good choice!! totally love the car, what a wee cracker you have there!! look forward to seeing how you get on with it ps the roof rack is a very nice addition IMO.

i think the roofrack would look even better if it was a little lower, if you know what i mean? hard to tell from the photos however.
