Oh, yes. Well done for putting it up mate, definitely retro and if that ^^^^ comment is about these, yep, they have the hooligan look out of the box. What engine plans, and what are navigation rallies?

Alot of work has went into her already but its far from finished, the engine will be 1600 8 valve over bored plus20, lightened flywheel with group A spec head, fast road/rally cam and a pair of weber 40s to quench her thurst. Will build a good close ratio box and a stainless steel exhaust system during my lunch breaks Naviagtion rallies are basically a treasure hunt in a car, u have to navigate yourself from point to point like a normal rally but with clues that you get at the start of each stage. these are run on open roads so speed limits hav to be obeyed but when you think of 60 mph down a gravel track (road) it is definately hair raising and a cheap and enjoyable form of rallying.

Looks great, and there's certainly a lot of work going into it's prep. Roll cage looks good as well.

want to do her right so spending plenty of time trying to get her to the standard i want, its more of a learning curve aswel, learning new skills while working at it and know how i could do it better the next time. yea I'm on png but don't post anything as you have to pay to be a member which i cant really be bothered with lolkeep you at the kadett, it coming along really well, alot real good work going into it.

thanks very much, glad to here a bit of feedback. The rallies are usual around £60 to enter, this includes your club membership for the night and motorsport insurance aswel. then from that you will have to put your petrol expenses ontop of that but the way i think of it is that you go out on a friday night you wouldnt be long spending that and have nothing to show for it.

Tonights progress, started to sheet off the roof to stop any unwanted drips while painting, this envolved a zombie form of me getting up before work and going to the local builders merchant to get clear plastic after alot of huffing and puffing i got the car moved around 90 degrees and called it a night. Also bought a heater for the shed so a hat is now not needed while out tinkering
