Hi all, I already have a project thread on here for my 1987 Ginetta, but thought I should add one for my much younger 89 AW11. Bought the car back in October / November last year because I missed my mk2 mr2 Ive fixed a couple of issues to date mainly where things fell off because the bolts don't seem to have been done up properly on anything :s I have a track day booked on Saturday at Norfolk arena so that should be interesting, had a delivery today which need to be fitted before then though... Medium compound apparently..

Very nice mate - love the colour. The spoilers look great in black against it. New boots too!

Went to Norfolk Arena near king's Lynn, paid £40 and .. www.facebook.com/pages/Automation-Photography/144639685602945 Gave it death all day and didnt let me down once, if I wasnt on track I was queuing Went up to 70psi in the rears but I think I probably should have gone a tad higher. Same again next month please I have a few more pics on my photobucket but they wont link to this site for some reason :s they work fine everywhere else ive posted them... oh well.

Went to Skegness Stadium this weekend with Norfolk Drift Team and had a blast. Definitely made another step up from my last time out at Norfolk and just had so much seat time and a track to myself Grippy track and open diff lead to an early casualty One tire fire lol had to get the hang of going the other way around to even it out for future laps. All in all I manged to eat 5 tyres this time out. After last Norfolk day I had to make a very expensive and critical drift modification: Anyway enough shite, more pictures: The above are from Skegness Stadium Drift Day 24/03/2012 - AmmoPhotography so thanks again for those Had to leave a bit early as engine was struggling with the 7k punishment As I topped it up, the oil turned to steam :O

Nice work mate, looks like you're giving it some proper manfoot! Is this Ollie's old one? Can't be many Mica Red tintops kicking around over here...

Correct and manfoot is a requirement All ive really done since I got it from him was to do all the loose bolts up lol. that colour is gorgeous! Yup standard car only know of 1 possibly 2 others Personally I think the ae86 style paint job is ace, bonus points for thinking outside of the box.
