My dad took a trip down south on a programming course through work, needless to say a week later he appeared back with a waxed moustache that he'd had done in an actual beard based barbers. Ill find out the name for you, might be an idea to send a few free samples to places similar in order to get the word out. I always tend to buy products other people use on you when you get your hair cut etc. Will also purchase a pot later off the bay edit: just bought one there - first scottish customer haha?

I've got a friend who has a great contact list of independant barbers who he thinks would be good for a targetted marketing campaign. I know of a few local barbers who I'm quite friendly with, I might have a word with them. I could do with some good quality retail packaging and display stand if I go into that angle, but I'll definately consider it. I know its pie in the sky thinking, but I'm happy with the production methods I use as I calculated that I could theoretically produde over 4,000 tins a week. I think I'm safe doing small batch runs of 50 to 100 pots! If anyone from here does buy a tin via ebay, make sure you mention you are from here so I know to pop a free sticker in the pack.

I don't really mind - buying through ebay would help build up a little feedback, which would be great, but if you'd rather buy from me in a PM on here, I can throw in an extra sticker or something. I'll make sure everyone gets looked after the best I can.

Love this and wish you the best of luck with your new venture. When I first read this last night I couldn't help but be reminded of Dodo Juice when they first started out with car polish. Have a look at their ever expanding product range and I think you could get some great ideas to expand your tash wax. Just think of different scented ones, different colour impregnated ones for different colours of hair, firm hold, medium hold, soft hold, wet look, natural look. Oh, and howdy neighbour I'm in Owlsmoor

I'm looking forwards to planning more scents - coloured versions is also a possibility, I don't want to run before I can walk though. Howdy neighbour indeed.. Owlsmoor here too!

No problems! For those of you who've ordered/will order, if you don't mind waiting an extra day or 2 you get one of the big stickers thrown in. You are all legends.

I do accept postal orders, eBay seem to try and insist you accept paypal only, but postal orders would be perfectly fine. If you let me know your ebay name I'll make sure I slip one of the big stickers in with your tin! Thanks Jamie

Frustratingly the 4" stickers which should have already been with me by now have been held up by the printers/royal mail, and I've been promised them tomorrow. If anyone wants their order urgently just shout at me and I'll get the sticker to follow on afterwards. Hoping to find out whats happenned shortly, as to why they arent with me. My own fault for being a touch pre-emptive with the listing. I should have waited until they were here on my desk. I'll learn next time! Thanks for all your support guys.

All orders are being posted out today - expect delivery in 2-3 days. Royal Mail are struggling at the moment, its the end of the holiday year at the end of this month and everyone is being forced to take their outstanding holiday.
