Something else I reckon would really suit the car: 3 spokes! Just a quick browse on eBay and I found a few sets in 4x108....just sayin' ... The Saab ones and the angled RS ones would look flipping amazing on your car! Even the KA ones would look cool with the right tyres because they're just a bit oddball. problem is the ofsets, Citroen is ET20 I think on a 5" (not 5J, eh? ), gotta be close to that to fit in the arches at the back. Have looked at 15" focus steels but I doubt they'd fit

So you'd get 6" on a ET32 or more, and 7" in on a ET45 easy then.

I was gonna say very early ford sierra trims but they have ford on them (you know the ones I mean right) Doth not bother me, I have filler and paint.. So you'd get 6" on a ET32 or more, and 7" in on a ET45 easy then. Good to know.. Cheers dude, never really thought to sit down and work it out ;D To be fair though, i'm really not that bothered about alloys on it (shock horror!) unless they are the proper cubist GTi/TZD optional ones. That or the proper wheel trims. I like the look of the bulgy trims, really sorta suits it!

I had a BX once. Now have the Xantia but still hanker after another BX though.
Original Xantia trims don't look bad on a BX either.

Took the front bumper off today. Very tidy under there! Seems to be getting a familiar sight on my threads though.. Anyone who remembers my Skoda..? Hmm.. Anyway, where were we? Oh yes. What could I possibly be screwing to the front bumper? Ahhh yes, the missing OEM dealer fit front spoiler, that's what! So chuffed with this, ended up buying an old knackered estate bumper on eBay just for this. As it happens, I needed a new N/S bumper top infill strip and edge piece, as well as a bumper slide. Which all came with the eBay bumper. So really, I am over the moon. Bumper all fits nicely now, no gopping screws where there should be no screws, no staple holes, all the trim in the right places and as an added bonus, the spoiler covers the horredous curb rash on the O/S. Also popped the bend out of the front panel on the N/S that was causing the headlamp to not fit level with the indicator. All in all, very worthwhile Will get more pics soon, needs a polish

I had a GTi 16valve, the early one with the same rear spoiler as yours. Great car, it was a company car and I did loads of mile sin it, went to Mulhouse, Paris twice, Frankfurt, Holland, and Brittany where it broke down. Bad spark plugs communicating with the french garage was fun, specially when the mechanic arrived suad he'd never seen a RHD and took of down the road like Alain Prost ;D Crusied at, indicated, 130mph in northern France. Needed to have the sunroof replaced and rear brakes sorted, and some hydraulic leaks sorted. Loved it and it got some great reactions, especially in France.

nearly there: ford f250 tathauler, suzuki alto, u11 bluey
not for a while: ford pop, 32 rails,
not in this lifetime: ruby, '29 hillman

I spotted in the rain on the M5 on Sunday, I was in a ropey, yellow 2CV! Hey! Cool stuff! Saw you also and thought 'fair play to driving a 2CV in this weather!' Good stuff! Rich, you need to get this updated to show off the swanky new rims etc. Too true! New wheels. C5 Mk1 V6 wheels. Set the car off a treat I think. It was at the gathering so I've pinched 2 of the pics from people because I haven't had chance to do a decent shoot of it yet!!
