This is a great idea for a thread, maybe a good idea for posting details of upcoming events as I always seem to here about these things after they have happened for example the meeting in Erftstadt!

It seems that these things happen and people attend but without any advertising whatsoever. I went to a small meeting at Classic Remise in dussledorf in April I am just trying to find the pictures now.

soke pics from the June "Altautotreff" in Stuttgart (there is a monthly small meet in several cities under the altautotreff name , more info here : www.altautotreff.de/ ): it takes place at the old "Solitude" racetrack, which is a public road now :      all June pics here : www.retro-parts.de/altauto/index.htmJuly edition was raining very heavy, so there were only about 5 cars; August edition was ok, but i forgot the camera. Wow, some gorgeous pics. The ones which really do it for me are the green mk1 Rocco, amber mk1 Polo and, bizarrely, the vw bug railings!

There is a meeting under the Zoobrucke in Cologne on Saturday it's really cool and laid back. Definitely worth a look.

Yes that's the one.
The weird thing then was the photo (the poster for Motorhaubensitzen) loaded and I could see it and then disappeared after 2 seconds!
