Hi All,
Here is an interesting question that I was discussing with some colleagues and friends (and may become part of a project at work).
What do you think are the top iconic carbs of all time? I am thinking top 5 but not necessarily in order.
the humble SU, Weber 45, Holley 4150 .........
What are your thoughts? Pictures of sexy setups most welcome!

I'll vote for the Weber IDA. Classic downdraft carb used on everything from big V8s... to air cooled german things.... to rotaries....

Great suggestions and pictures so far. Loving the Essex school register! This is one of my faves but mainly because I would like one on my 126! Also good as a pair on minis. The lairy trumpet is a great addition on this one.

Haha good call on the double pumper.
Loving those custom air intake trumpet things on the above image.
I am thinking of doing some illustrations based on these suggestions. I will keep you all up to date.
