Never seen one of these before, has a sort of 80's sci-fi look to it, that sort of "this is the future" look we all expected in the 80's Very cool, some top notch work going on as well, I'm all for the do it right slowly approach rather than the rush it and make mistakes one keep up the good work!

That is an awesome idea with the Allegro wheel, nice thinking! If you want to go with an army theme, I reckon some urban camo colours/styling would look better - sort of like a mini metropolis patrol vehicle from the future (1970s future that is).

This little beast looks absolutely spot-diddly-on...!!!!
This is so 70's I can almost smell the 'Old Spice'.

They are quite a rare beast now, it was great to move it under its own power.
Next jobs are to finish the frame work, off fit the clocks/gauges in, and trim/soundproof the interior. I may put some satin black sticky back plastic over the rear side windows to keep it a bit cooler in the summer, as it does have a green house feel about it.
Denim for men for me!!!! or Brut 33!!!! now where's my flares

There was a jag powered 6 wheeler doing the shows in the 80s. Never saw it in a finished state. At the time it was being shown by Mr Towns himself..

I think that was the only V12 one made, and as you said owned by William Towns himself

Allegro steering wheel was a rare find on here, quite in keeping with the shape of the car which has a drag factor of a brick.
paint is ordered and so are the military style stencils for the sides

Started the painting of the side panels and rear bumper. Used a flexy primer and top coat in satin NATO green using a roller with good results. Will post piccies soon. Again thanks for the comments

Thanks Dave, defo up for a brekkie mate, no rush on the seats, The Recaro's will be coming out soon for the interior trimming. I'll sell them and put the Coupe seats in.
Chidley, it is a rare beast, and a love or hate type of car. I love it for being so rare and so different to the norm.

Great work! I have always fancied the 4 wheeled base model with no top.
Haven't seen one in years.

Thanks MC, not very many left now. Next jobs is to paint the roof, sort the front grill, fit a brake light switch and fit the bonnet.
After that's done I' ll fit a remote servo to the front brake circuit. Then start trimming the interior. Lots to do, but really enjoying these bits of the build
