With my car being a '90s executive saloon, I'm thinking a Filofax is definitely necessary, as well as a '90s mobile phone. Under the centre armrest is a storage box with slots for cassettes and CDs, so I think that needs filling up with '90s albums too. What retro 'props' or 'window dressing'(for want of better phrases) do you have in your retro?

I have a car phone purchased at a certain tat auction at last year's premier car based event. No tapes in the built in C-box though. I do have a Garfield somewhere but all my stuff is in storage.
Green car has some Elvis shades and an afro......

I don't have much retro stuff in mine, although I do manage to grow a pretty impressive afro for the majority of the year so does that make me a retro accessory for my car?

Need some cuban heeled boots to finish the look haha yes! though I could imagine them having an effect on my clutch control... Yes Back in the early 90's I had a fad with cowboy boots with silly heels went out on a saturday night dressed rather like a cross between Adam Ant and Billy Ray Cyrus (as you do!) with my new 2 inch heeled boots in a SD1 and having not much feeling in said boots as they were rather stiff and new - stuffed said SD1 into the back of a police Maestro down a icy incline I was tested for being drunk as said boots made me walk like Robo cop .... I passed but I had a right Sweeney style b ollocking... and Swinton insurance didnt want my business when my cover came up for renewal

Well, i must admit I have a love for period stickers on a car and I have about half a dozen modern head units sat on a shelf here but can't bring myself to remove the oe blaupunkt stockolm radio cassette that's sat in my 924 works great, use my ipod through it via an airplay transmitter with no ugly wires...great!

When I had my XJ40 I kept a trilby on the rear shelf and a pipe in the centre console
My lad now wears the trilby, and he wears it well!

I think that adding the right quantity of 'period' lovliness to ones retro is truly the way to go... I have added a few bits and pieces to my Toledo and I think it adds to that retro aura! Inside I have a few other bits and bobs so I will most definitely have to try and take some more snaps some time very soon...

I have a gameboy and a game gear i take with me to shows for when i'm just chilling around early afternoon whenI'mtired. The sad thing is I aint got em because they're period, i have them because i still aint grown out of em! I have a PSP too but that's not period! lol My fav toy this week is my Tamagotchi i found in a box of tat! Would have been great period toy to go with my '96 Civic had i not sold it! This thread reminds me though, i do want to build a period "mix tape" (USB Stick) for in the Fiesta's

Don't have any close-ups, but I have a period Kenwood Casette deck in my TVR, along with a faux croc-skin case full of period casettes. Furry dice (skulls) go on the rear view mirror when I'm parked up at shows - they're a little too distracting to keep them on when driving! Next step is to find a period in-car Motorola brick phone.
