INTERIOR

Positively contoured seats trimmed in original Blue Fabric (code 016) are beautifully clean and provide excellent levels of comfort. The seats have resisted wear brilliantly aside from one small section to the upper driver’s seat bolster where the material has become slightly thin. The spotless blue carpeting has been protected from new with tailor made Mercedes-Benz over mats. The boot area is perfect with the tool roll, spare wheel and warning triangle correctly stored, as well as the unopened first aid kit stored in the rear parcel shelf compartment. Even the original supplying dealer tax disc holder remains in the windscreen. The twin rear headrests lower remotely at the touch of a button on the dashboard! A quiet, relaxed and well preserved interior, the embodiment of Mercedes-Benz quality.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The renowned four cylinder twin overhead camshaft Mercedes-Benz engine is uncompromising in its refinement and durability when maintenance is sustained. HISTORY FILE
Full Mercedes-Benz Main Dealer and specialist service history and only 67,770 miles from new set this car well aside from the usual early C-Class offerings. First registered on 5th May 1995 by Mercedes-Benz Main Agent Reliance Motors of Chingford , this example was purchased new by Mr R Richards who has remained the only ever keeper. An original new car sales invoice documents a purchase price of £20,140 including listed optional extras as central front armrest (£170), alarm system (£416.64) and radio cassette (£474.70). The service booklet houses 16 stamps from the supplying dealer and renowned Mercedes-Benz specialist Mercedes Motor Aid (previously Merc-Aid) which leave in no doubt the genuine low mileage and clearly illustrate the extensive and fastidious care this vehicle has enjoyed. All handbooks, radio guides and dealer literature as well as an original sales brochure complete the history file for this lovely vehicle, now very rare in such original and preserved condition.
