I also have spare carburettor parts if you need them, you're carbs are different to mine and I've got loads of s2/3 parts lying about that are redundant for me.

Hi Kev That would be great. I broke the inlet nipple on the top of one of the solex carbs so I'm in need of a top of a carb. Any bits would be good to have. I'll give you a shout over the next few weeks. My number is 0878041636 Nice one

www.ratwell.com/technical/DualCarbs.html#identBeen looking at various threads for a whole now and feel confident enough to start cleaning carbs and checking how to repair as necessary. Been glad to touch base with Kev, offered me top of an old carb that gets me out of dodge in relation to one I broke. Thanks Kev. Anyone know what to wash a carb with? I need something remove build up of crud. I think I will resist my manifold gasket on copper base silicon. I think it will be fine. Can't see any damage to it. Some people recommend filing out the manufokd to mSke the route for petrol into the cylinders easier. Any comments anyone.? I'll buy a carb set of gaskets and rebuild and clean next week. I hope I get enough time to get it fired up. Really looking forward to hearing the roar.

I used a combination of carburettor cleaner and an ultrasonic cleaner to clean mine, the Venturi's on the fulvia don't line up with the carb spacer and likewise from spacer to manifold and I've been told that " matching" these will give a performance gain, it will obviously allow for a smoother flow of air. I haven't done this as yet so I can only offer anecdotal evidence.

Hi all Has anyone got a bonnet badge they would sell? Mine is missing. I'm also looking for a picture of the colour of the original wheels. I'm gonna keep the steel rims I think. Mines a red car. I'm gonna finish the bonnet and boot white. Also looking for a pair of Cibies.

Being a series 2/3 you're wheels should be silver, if you want a colour code for this you will be able to get it over at Lancisti.net. Series 1 steels were an off white. I did have one if those bonnet badges but as they were never mentioned to be on my car I think I may have thrown it away, if I can lay my hands on it you're welcome to it.
You should truly push the boat out regards spotlights and get some carello megalux which would be the original Spots for a fulvia unfortunately a set will most likely set you back £500.
