 Picked up in a secondhand shop in Margate - They had loads left - Lots of really awful "this car may be curse word, but its in front of you" and other awful quotes! Just need to find someone selling those anti-static straps you used to see back when these stickers were everywhere..... |

Why does everyone think they are rare?!  good find on the stickers though! Nice bit of retro-naff  |

Does anyone remember the rear window back flash that used to say stuff like "The Astra Touch" ?, really cringingly, hideously cheesy. Didn't have any NOS stick on window Garfields did they ?, can you still buy those ? Also hate classic Mini's with "You've just been Mini'd" in the back window  |

The one that sticks in my mind was written with black marker on the boot of my mates old battered mk1 cortina back in the 80s.. BYE BYE XR3I... And that old battered motor beat anything that dared to have a go it looked a proper wreck but had a seriously quick cross flow in it

I used to hate those triangular shaped vinyl things which covered my old dads motor
which advertised whatever resort had been visited
odd, I'm nay far off my old departed dads age now, and I kinda think they are cool in some weird odd way
and for the love of google I cant find an example to show

Like these? Arrrgh - They are awful, but totally ok in the 70's - 80's ! I really have a problem with those awful 'stick man family' things that some people stick on their rear window - Only because I keep thinking of 'Fido Dido' and wondering if it's some kind of 7up revival |
