Well the man has stood up and said his piece ,, well done to him and it sounds genuine hope he gets his money back he bought it with a log book after all,, and hope the owner gets his car back Credit where credit's due and a makes a nice change from the Muppet who showed up on the stolen Volvo thread a while back saying that he wouldn't provide any info as to where the car was purchased from as that would make him a "grass". |

Good for coming out with that , although suspiscions should have come up when the logbook was not in the sellers name ...... . They only get pinched for one thing anyway - bangering .

Logbook not being in the sellers name doesn't mean a lot any more unfortunately - you only need to look at how many "hobby traders" there are popping up now on all there selling groups on Facebook. These people have 4 or 5 cars in their possession at any one time and they literally buy them in and push them straight out. I'm sure it's something that's happened for years and years....think the last comments a bit inflammatory aswell the last one I know that got stolen around this area was actually recovered after some of our local travelling community had tried to weigh it in a day after it had gone!
