anyone have a trade HPI Account?

Hi does anyone on here have a trade HPI account? I recently bought a barn find and need to know what the reg of the car is. I have the chassis number but no other info.

Anyone? Willing to pay obviously. Having trouble getting look book off old owner and the dvla are being equally gay about issuing me a log book for the car!!!

I wonder if the number has been transferred onto another vehicle if owner is reluctant to pass V5 on and no plates on the car.
