hi everyone, i bought a set of BBS wheels for my fiesta, and the centre holes need enlarging by about 3mm, so the wheels can actually go on my car.
Is there any known places in the london and hertfordshire area that can do this for me ?
iv tried the obvious google, but i don't know what sites I'm looking for to be honest, so havnt found many useful links
if anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be much appreciated.
Thank you
Matt.

You can get them done the proper way, or this way lol:
don't know how much I would trust doing it this way, but for 1.5mm all the way around it might be ok.

You just need an engineering company that have milling equipment - find where they are and then have a drive around the industrial estates at lunch time You can get a lot done for £20 at lunch time lol With it being wheels, most wont want to do anything with them when there is a receipt involved.

They will stick it on a lathe and it'll be very quick and accurate.

you can just use a flap wheel and bore them out, aslong as the wheels are torqued up correctly/evenly they will be fine, done it a few times now never had wheel wobble etc

i don't fancy taking a flap wheel or dremel or even a file to an expensive set of BBS wheels to be honest.
trying to find a place or person that can do the job for me with a big enough lathe.

fair enough, g23 engineering will do it but they are abit pricey as they are quite popular in the vw "scene" so they add abit of scene tax on id imagine

Look for somewhere that refurbishes alloys as they will have the equipment to do the job. To be honest unless the wheels were free or ultra cheap then by the time you have added the cost of machining to the purchase price you might be better selling the ones you've got and buying another set that fit straight on.
