The Vauxhall pump fitted to most Astras will be the easiest to source as they rarely give any trouble

I've not long ago fitted a Saxo pump to a 306 track car, it was a case just joking pipes and wires job done

The Astra Electro-hydraulic is a good unit
Pretty heavy though, most are heavier than the pure hydraulic systems, however the benefits of relocation and only drawing power when needed is handy. Also you can change the weight to an extent with variable voltage changing the motor speed. I have a Focus one on my race car

Anyone know the pressure they all run at? My car is a steering box , just worried it might not be up to the job?
