Mini
This mini is in excellent condition, the conversion was carried out around 2 years ago and has had loads of other work carried out since to make it the awesome car it now is.
The majority of parts were fitted brand new when the conversion was carried out, and has since had a brand new rear subframe assembly fitted with all new brakes and suspension.
The bodywork is sound, it had new sills (proper sills not nasty oversills), “A” panels, door skins, rear valance, Scuttle etc. and has been sprayed in Rover Targa Red.
1.8 VVC K series Conversion Fitted with 52mm throttle body (good strong engine, Headgasket, belts, tensioner, waterpump less that 5k ago).
Uses rover 100 front sub frame (modified to fit under Standard length fibreglass 2 piece clubman front with hinged bonnet and Aero catches)
Watsons adjustable springs fitted in front.
PG1 Gearbox with Limited slip Differential, MGF Driveshafts and Custom U.J. gear Linkage.
MGF vented Brakes with dimpled and grooved discs with mintex pads, boosted by remote brake servo.
MGF bottom arms (to give 1.5 degrees negative camber)
MPI radiator, Mocal Oil cooler kit fitted, Slimline kenlowe fan.
Pipercross venom induction kit.
Adjustable shock absorbers fitted all round.
Very rare genuine revolution RFX wheels.
Maniflow 2 ¼” twin box system.
MPI fuel tank with high pressure in tank pump fitted.
Full leather Interior fitted (Honda Civic)
Custom Fibreglass dashboard.
3 Point Securon harnesseses fitted on front seats.
This mini has had had thousands of pounds and many hours spent on it.
The car is not for the feint hearted, it has previously done a 14.2 second ¼ mile at santa pod (timing slips to prove), it was put on the rolling road at southam mini metro centre and pulled just under 160 BHP.
The car is not only for straight line speed, it also handles brilliantly and is comfortable cruising at motorway speeds.
I used the car regularly for work and mini shows, and as such I fitted a custom removable towbar and tows my camping trailer with ease.
It is surprisingly cheap to run, does an average of 34 mpg around town, more on a run, it is tax exempt and insurance is next to nothing on a classic policy.
I have probably missed loads off but feel free to ask questions, I really don’t know what to value her at so will start at 6k and am open to offers.
It will come with 12 months MOT and obviously tax isn’t an issue.
Car is located in coventry.
