For sale is my Supercharger conversion for a BMW 318is (E30 or E36).
Includes Eaton M45 supercharger from MINI Cooper S, coupled to custom-made Inlet with integrated charge cooling system.
As seen on a multiple magazine featured E30 318is
The Supercharger came from a delivery mileage Cooper S which received the Works upgrade from new and has done very little mileage on the BMW.
£200 including delivery via courier for the lot. Just needs suitable management and injectors etc for a VERY cheap Supercharger conversion which sounds absolutely mental at full chat and provides cheap and reliable 210-220BHP from the little 4 pot and loads of torque.

No drive belt accessories? What exactly does it need to get it fully running?

This is the set-up, still with some useful labelling up It requires some form of management. It ran Emerald, but can be made to work using something more basic. It also requires fuel injectors to get it running right and at its peak performance. Dave Walker at Emerald worked on the original mapping and he found that Rover K-Series 1.4 Beige Injectors had the perfect flow rate for the install, so nothing over the top. The man to speak to regarding everything it needs to get it running is Matt Appletree. He can be contacted via E30 Zone and is very helpful. He built this set-up along with his dad who I believe is a refrigeration engineer. They designed the cooling system on this, which is very, very clever and worked so, so well. Aside from injectors and management there were several small items, all inexpensive and all available from BMW. I know there was a belt and pulley and also you'll need a container for the water for cooling oh and an FSE Fuel Pressure Regulator (there's a mount for it, which is labelled up). Matt used the standard washer reservoir and just shared the headlight washer reservoir for the headlamps and windscreen. When it was featured by Total BMW magazine they said it was a conversion that AC Schnitzer would have been happy to put their name to and it really is very well put together. The pumps and pipework for the water cooling are all there. So aside from management and injectors it requires very, very little. Here's some videos of it in action:

Sorry, only just seen this, it sold for the asking price a couple of weeks ago and will be making its way into a bit of a mad 2002 build.
Cheers
