Howdy, longshot but I really want a spares car thats listed as a cat B in a local salvage auction but don't have the nescessary waste licence to purchase it, anyone around who does and is copart registered could give me a hand for some beer tokens? the car is definately getting broken up and if you want to you can put a pick axe through the roof panel or something similarly drastic to make sure of this  |

You can register a free waste exemption with the Environment Agency which allows you to store up to 2 depolluted vehicles at the registration address. You would then need someone with a waste carriers licence to transport the car from wherever you bought it from with the correct waste transfer note.
If the place you are buying it from hasn't depolluted it already you'll have to take it an ELV ATF to have it done first so it will be legal to transport it on to the location that has the exemption registered.
