Sunday 21st September was the last time this event would be run,what a shame as there is always a cracking turn out of cars,here are just a few of the cars on show. Nice Amazon competition car I think.  I always wanted a 1600E and this was a nice one  Original looking Mustang was very clean  Single seater with matching lorry  Loads of awesome Rods on show      I have a few more pics to put up if there is anyone interested but that's it for now as my computer is on a go slow! |

Apparantly the chap that runs it is retiring and they can't get anyone to take it on,that's what I was told,don't know how true it is,it is run as a charity for Leukemia and has been for all the years it has run.

the shows been running for 34 years and its a real shame is going but I'd imagine its a right nightmare to organise and isnt as straight forward as people think. I always really enjoyed this show, such a crazy range of cars from vintage to unusual moderns, commercial to those little engines on stands that chug away all day

It was a fantastic show. Went this year for the very first time and am gutted that I haven't been before and that it's the last time it's being run.

I'm starting to like "normal" '64-'66 Mustangs a lot, Eleanor replicas and fake GT500s everywhere have made them all the more appealing! Liking that Willys pick-up a lot too!

I heard the show might run again next year,lets hope so eh? Here are a few more pics from the show followed this one into the car park,what a minter  How clean is this Fiesta!!  Love this pick up,sounded good too...  A couple more leaving the show  Bond Bug was getting a lot of attention  How mean does this look!     This 100e looks so good with bubble arches,proper Retro  Beautiful Jag...  The pic doesn't do the paint justice,it was awesome  Another Yank,Mustang this time  Always wanted one of these..  Race prepared Mustang  Nice Firenza  Running this....  Nice GT6  I loved the colour of this..  Unusual choice for a Mk2 Escort..  Clubman very rare car nowadays...  Deseamed Mini  K series Mini?  Another mean Mini  I always fancied a Gilburn with a cossy v6  Another want..  7.2 v8 Jenson  Lotus Europa  I forgot to get pics on the Imp Club stand as I was too busy talking! A great day out. |
