As title really. Fancying a change so thought I'd see what swaps could be on the horizon! Blue 1.6 GL Cavalier saloon, had it since last Christmas and it's been really great - use it daily and put about 7000 miles on it in my ownership. Loads of new parts including:
Radiator
Alternator
condensor
Points
Filters
Coil
Plugs
Leads
Dizzy cap
Rotor arm
4 lowering springs
Rear Mini racing shocks with modified arms on the front (lowered Cavs have no travel unless this mod is done)
Custom exhaust
It has manta dash clocks and Recaro seats too which is cool. Running on minilite replicas with good tyre tread.
It polishes up a treat but it is a bit scruffy in areas - nothing too bad though and any rust has been treated. It's an honest old reliable thing that has had welding but all to a very solid standard. No nasty rust underneath. Worst bits of bodywork are probably the front wings and rear arches but it all adds character. Exhaust is currently blowing and it could do with a carb tune up but it's perfectly usable, reliable and very enjoyable to drive! I'll listen to any swap offers except fwd cars. None of them please.
Open to anything interesting based on the Wirral.
