1997 Mitsubishi l200 2wd 2.5d pickup
155000ish miles, no service history available, i've owned for the last 3 years ish, and i bought it from a car garage who used it as a parts runner for the 7 years prior to that, so was maintained by me/them. always starts first time, doesn't use oil, but its a bit slow, being the 2.5d (non turbo), my intention was to chuck either a rover v8 in it, or a nice 4 pot turbd J motor in there, alas, i've been asigned a company car, and along with my motorbikes, this is another vehicle I'm not going to use.
made to look like an Australian/USA import, and it does, people cant believe its just an l200
got a month on the mot, and tax, so you can drive it away,
slammed (not for the faint hearted) on a set of GMC alloys. (cut front springs/locate perfectly, been throught 2 mots like this, reprofiled rear springs and lowering blocks) Toyota hilux surf chrome bumper, warrior chrome grill, and two tone paint job, which isn't a pro job, might look ok in the pictures, but it needs attention, but i still used it as a truck, so didnt want to spend ££££ on a paint job, when i'm climbing all over it throwing my motorbikes in the back etc. but does the job and makes it stand out. So yeah, it did start life as a 1 ton pickup, but it wont carry that anymore, i've had 2 motorbikes in the back and drive distance no problems, i've carried loads of paving slabs in the back too, so i'd say 400-500kg would be absolutely fine.
bully tailgate net, i have got the tail gate too, will update the pictures when i get round to bolting it back on
interior needs attention, scooby seats, its been recarpeted, headliner retrimed, and dash, but its started coming away, glue has gone funny colour in places, i was just gonna strip it out and turn it into a drift truck. needs a little tlc here and there, nothing major, but most people looking at something like this, are looking for something to modify more and add there own touches too.
its on ebay but i'm expecting to have problems with EVERYONE on ebay, so will take a cash deal in the next 7 days
