While looking for pics of Mk2 Jags to decorate my request for wiring info, I came across this: Found here Can't wait to see the finished product. Makes Ian Callum's Mk2 look rather tame!

I like the look of this! It's addressing my main gripe with the mk2 - the arches or, lack of

That looks like some serious metal work. Looking forward to seeing it finished, it seems from the comments he is back working on it as of September.

Interesting & looks well made. Wasn't sure about the separately bulging rear arch disturbing the smooth flow of Jaguars styling but it does give a more sporting look like XK120 & MGA that could look brilliant, though I hate the vent and obvious step between frt guard & drivers door disturbing the flow of its lines & looking like some '80's wide-arch body kit.

Love the back end though and, to continue the spirit of positivity, those wheels would look brilliant on something else.

Glad he went to the extra effort of widening the whole front guard so neatly, rather than a big bulging wheel arch flare. With the 2door conversion & rear arch it does look much more like an enlarged xk120 coupe than the mkII which is great.

Nice car! The step behind the front wing matches the rear diffuser. I think it will look magnificent once it's painted.

id go with magnificent too. Just look at the general shape of it in the first pic, it looks just about right to me. I think i know what wheels id like to see on it.
