Fabricate tilt for fixed bucket seat

Any advice on fabricating or sourcing relevant part appreciated.
Have Cobra bucket seats fitted / one on slider and one fixed position.
Now need at least one of them to tilt to allow rear seat access.
Seen the appropriate part for sale but expensive.
Got me thinking if any knowledgeable forum members could point me in the right direction to solve my problem ?
Anyone fabricated / modified even got one laying unwanted in their workshop ?

I've done the same thing. I'll take some pics of it when I get chance. Pretty straight forward in the end but I'm not sure it would get past the FiA!
Is your seat base mounted?

Have a look at the tilt mechanism / latch used on some dual seats in vans. I think the LDV was the one I saw that caught my eye as suitable for adapting for the type of use you require.
Otherwise have (house gate or trailer tailgate ?) hinges at the front and a spring bolt at the rear -

one seat is the drivers on runners and passenger base mount so favour passenger base mount to be the tilt one
