On my daily internet rambles I stumpled upon this Skoda.... Slightly dull burgundy paint and mis-matched plastic wheel trims - you used to see dozens like this. What's that thing in the back seat? Well the Finnish plates might have hinted at some sort of lunacy - there's a blown 355 Olds poking through the back window. Properly done too. More here PJP design

The same folk also have this Escort Popemobile as well as more exotic stuff (the ProStock Rolls Royce was their's too). So that's where the other pair of wheel trims went.

I have always had a weird hankering for both a Skoda Estelle and some kind of wheelchair fitting extended vehicle so this thread excites me greatly

Some more........ Chevy Sprint with 1300hp. Volvo 740 with Chevy V8. 600HP 4WD SAAB. There are loads out there. For me, it's the wheels that make or break a sleeper. Stock wheels or trims are a must - widening is fine if it's well hiden.

Boring old Volvo 960 estate... Ford 5.0-liter V8, balanced and fitted with Edelbrock aluminum heads and a Kenne Bell supercharger, weighed in at around 380-horsepower and roughly 400 lb. ft. of torque. Designed by and built for some guy call Paul Newman....

Not as brutal as some of those, but this is a friend's old Renault 5 Campus. Okay, so the roll cage was a bit of a giveaway, but it was still pretty tame to look at. It ran 12's on it's first outing at Santa Pod
