I have a Marina that's been converted to coilover struts on the front end. This has left some sizeable (but not structural) holes in the inner front wings.
I'd like to construct an inner wheel well from plastic and wondered if anyone had done it and what they had used? It isn't a full arch so an existing inner liner won't be much use - is there any sheet material i could use?
Any advice appreciated! Cheers - Rob

I need to make something and someone passed me this info....
"I've use the ABS sheet modding method before. Warm it with a heat gun to mould by hand, then join and seal the sections together using black PU body sealant. Gives a really nice pro job..."

200L plastic drum/water butt are ideal if you can find them cheap.

I tried to make inner front arch splash guards for my E24 using moulded liners from an Omega and black 25lt plastic drums . I cut them down to get the largest section of sheet I could with the intention of adding them to the liners to get the coverage that needed but found that even after getting them as flat as could using a heat gun they had a slight "memory " effect and would curl up again destroying any fit I had adjusted them to. It's a difficult material to work with .

yes - 25L drums won't work, you need a much bigger radius

*** bodge mode activated ***
Milk bottle plastic is nice and flexible if you cut the neck and base off - get a few 6 pinters.
fix them in archwell and spray black.
*** bodge mode de-activated ***
