Hey! I'm new to Ford greasy bits... I have a set of Alleycat wheels and need advice on two things... Pics below... 1) Should they have hardened inserts? if so, best place to buy from? 2) I need longer studs, the threaded part of these studs is only 25mm. They seem to be around 10mm diam. best place to buy longer/hardened studs? Any help apprecated!

It looks like they've got steel tapered inserts - I've not had Allycats but many wheels of that era have them. If that is the case then that stud length looks fine to me, used with normal 60deg taper wheel nuts.

You can't tell in the photos but the nut is almost flush with the wheel face when tightened so impossible to get a wrench on.
I think longer studs and spacers is going to be necessary. gets expensive when you start multiplying costs by 16!
