Does anyone know of any storage available - that has got power in it and a landlord willing to let me work on a car in the space - near Durham/hartlepool/middlesbrough? tried all the local agents with no luck. getting pretty desperate as I need to start work on my project!

Probably not cheap long term but this business is on the A66 near Darlington. www.rentarampdiyworkshop.com/#!blank/cud0 Prices for £7 per week for cars and you can rent time on the ramps or bays to work on it. |

know of a place near stanley which is secure and roomy with electric etc few miles from durham bit expensive for me on my own so didnt ask any more details but if your interested in sharing could enquire for more details.

Make sure you find out who pays the rates, I had a unit near Leadgate the rates weren't included in the rent and they'll charge business rates even if it's just hobby use
