145,000 miles.
Leather interior with electric front seats
Original double din CD and sat nav in working order!
Stupidly fast car, ace fun to drive!
May suit conversion into a Golf or something.

Bad points:
ABS tries to come in at very low speeds when braking. Car stops fine though.
Could do with four tyres, all on the limit. They're 205/55/16s, so popular second hand and you'd probably score some for twenty quid a throw.
Clutch release bearing a bit noisy and clutch pedal quite high.
Needs a decent clean, but it's not too bad.
Aside from that, the usual scuffs etc you'd expect to find on a car of this age, a little surface rust on n/s/f arch too.
Any inspection welcomed, you may find other things with it yourself, I'm not trying to hide anything.

The " needing replacement " tyres could most likely be the cause of the abs panicking as it's a Quattro, four wheel drive systems do love their same size, same profile tyres.
Stupendously cheap quick estate though, the age old cliche of worth more in parts but of course not always worth the bother/labour to break it.
Will sell quick like all your sensible priced cars do no doubt.

Thank you. I do recall the Cavalier GSi 4x4 used to put a foot out of bed if not running on matching tread depth tyres.
I would break this as you suggested, it's just being lumbered with what's left that will be a pain.
Have been told the electric leather front seats and sat nav stereo are worth a bit, but that will be a last resort.

facelift B5 is what they are known as from 98+,b5.5 is a passat term

the abs thing will most likely to be a crusty abs ring,these type of quattros(non haldex) don't care about size/quality of tyres
