Had a look at that gearhead site and all the other postings are so, 'well that's quite nice'. Your build is maximum British man in a shed (literally), utterly brilliant and mad all rolled into one.
Splendiferous indeed.

I'll be honest, I started reading the linked site, saw a Toyota dyna on a safari chassis and knew it must be kiwi, and then lost the rest of the afternoon to reading the swap thread on that... Will attempt to remain more focused and cast a vote your way tomorrow! How is the old girl by the way? Was a final hood design made before the temptress came along?

good question SWB ,the hood work stopped when i realised i had to get the house ready for sale ,and that dominated last year ,then when i had done that as much as i could apart from the really heavy stuf , the sapphire apeareared on da bay , so hat sort of distracted me . The hood was for the euro tour , and that is postponed for a while now cos hs. re that..... thank you my fellow votees , medusa in the top 25 for both categories , my car isn't "right up there "votes wise ,but hey , it is a bit weird regards robert

I think he is in Europe somewhere? Hahahaha so much for Brexit.
That presenter is terrible - all seems to be adlibbed, he does not know what he is talking about - even Americans know what a Jagwaar is.

I think you'll find for the most part its aluminium, not Sterling. Either that or canoe. Looking good! When are you going to lay a sheet of Ali over the canoe and use it as a former to make a new lid?
