Hi, My doner 5 will be getting put onto the back of a flatbed in a fortnights time, possibly even next Friday depending on how quickly I get myself in gear. It was a nice usable car, quite (fairly) tatty round the edges, but has kindly donated its parts for my project. I won't be using most of the interior or any panels. So shout if you want anything. I'll be ripping bits off all this evening. Things I thought that might want to go are front and back number plate surrounds. Both in good nick. Drivers door. Non-chimsl bootlid, few scratches. Seats are tatty, few rips etc. I probably won't be asking much more than £20 for any one item and small bits can be thrown in with bigger bits etc. This is a small selection of things I thought people might like. Number plate bits,  Original space saver with cover  Engine under tray, these get lost or broken a lot it seems.  OEM Cat back exhaust, not new but VGC.   Seat belt tower brace  |

I do, it looks to have had a rubbish respray on it at some point. And its missing the black bezel. The glass and foot are good. In fact here's a PIC  |

Aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrse....... Was after it cos I'm missing bezel too !!! ... Just wondering if the bezels for both sides are the same  Just flipped ? If so... Have ya got the other side too? |

I'm after a rear bumper and a pair of tail lights if you still have them? The bumper has got a fog light in it if that's OK, and I only have one taillight, right one I think. I'm after a pair of electric window mechs and the ash tray from the centre console if available? This one had manual winders, sorry. I do have the ash tray though. I'm after a bootlid, 1.6 exhaust manifold, ht leads and induction kit? I have a bootlid, it's red, couple of bad touchups and a little paint missing. All engine parts are mine I'm afraid |

How much is going to be left after you've taken what you want?
I am looking for a rolling chassis, suspension, steering, rear axle, gearbox, some wheels to get it on a trailer, engine would be a bonus. I'm not interested in the state of the body tub because I want to do a body swap onto a Ford Pop. So I'm going to take it off anyway.

I'm sorry to say, this is probably not the base vehicle you are looking for, the chassis hasn't coped well with not being looked after. There were trees growing in the rain channels and as such the chassis is rotten as a peach. I've already swiped the engine, gearbox, front struts and brakes. I feel this car would be far too much trouble than its worth to body swap. But if you think otherwise let me know. Could also use the rear brake calipers if they're available I could take the calipers off for you. They were good when laying the car up but hasn't moved for a while, they could probably do with a rebuild? Also, PM coming about stuff. Could I have a look at the seats please? I'll try and get to the garage to get photos for you today. How important is the condition for you? They are separate headrested cloth seats. |
