Unit for restoration/general mechanical, Maidstone/Kent

Looking for somewhere up to 400pcm, not too picky anything resembling a barn or workshop would be perfect. Halfway through a resto project but got to move out of my garage by the end of the year, so would be great if I could find somewhere better and move out sooner rather than later. Am in Maidstone but would consider anywhere in Kent...

I don't need someone to share with but if anyone's on the lookout for someone to chip in then give me a shout.
