Changing back spacing on steel wheels. Any suggestions?

So, looks like I have made a slight misjudgement on my front wheel backspacing.

Not the end of the world as they are steel so can be changed, questions is who can do this for me in Essex?

Did try the search function but not using the right term so came up with nothing.

Any help, recommendations, or general advice welcome.

With the dropped spindles it has changed the relationship to the steering arm...
