I spend a lot of time these days making a lot of keyrings for various companies and often end up with one of the initial sample pieces left over when they place an order. Sometimes I design a few different styles and they choose one, leaving me with a couple of 'alternatives'.
I also trial/test lots of new leathers all the time, so just make random keyrings as a sample to test out the laser on.
Occasionally there is a defect in the leather so I can't sell that to the customer.
ALL of these end up in a box and I've decided to have a clear out......
Each of these is designed, made and finished by me. I source the (high quality) leather locally and hand finish each one as well as hand riveting them and including a nice flat polished split ring.
One or two (literally only one or two) are slight seconds, the rest are just sample pieces and are every bit as good as the keyrings I sell to various companies.
