Oooh it is getting dark now... time to head into the garage and get working on projects. I decided the garage needed a proper workbench a couple of weeks back, but didn't have a spare weekend until this weekend. For some reason the image upload doesn't want to work, so you can have this video instead

May or may not have bought another project. Wheels should be sold at the end of the week so I can put tires on my ones. Prepping for Ultimate Stance too!

Love the lil bit of wood under the right leg. Proper built on site stuff! Yeah my garage floor is not very flat... Which is a project for another weekend (I think I'm going to cover it in rubber horse matting... although I don't want it to melt under hot exhausts!)

You'd be better off using a bag or 3 of Cempolaytex. Easy to use, takes no time at all, even for a novice. Just mix with water and spread out. It will find it's own level.

Realised that my garage was a complete disaster area as well as being as black as that hole in Calcutta so withdrew my proverbial digit and fitted the lights that had been given to me 4 years ago... Much better, next step is bench. Then I will be able to embark on project 'make a perfectly serviceable vehicle into a pile of the sum of its component parts'. P.

Picking up two replacement shock mounts then lying in the rain to fit them. Unless the bolts won't shift in which case I'll be taking it to my local friendly garage. *n

Top grammar tips! Bought = purchased. Brought = relocated Lose = misplace/opposite of win. Loose = your mum

Waiting to see what I've actually bought, having been offered a job-lot of Proto and Snap-on tools last night at just under GBP100.

Eagerly awaiting wheel bolts in the post to let me fit new wheels, pics to come when they're on Edit: Also been doing some online shopping for various car bits, after I'd told myself to spend no more on the daily driver!
