Did you ever find out anymore details about this one buddy? Got loads of people wanting to know how it was dropped! the guy tells you on the first page how he lowered it..its all there...or do you just look at the pretty pictures... al I'm confused - is there a separate thread about the van that I posted a photo about somewhere? Or are you telling petetong to read his own post about how he lowered his own van? I guess he already he knows the answer to that?!

i stand corrected...my mistake...lack of sleep makes me a grumpy old curse word..but i do get annoyed with folk who just look at page one then the last page...i appreciate all the work and then the posts of the work..( picked up loads of tips)...but on a brighter note to fellow insomniacs...only two more sleeps till christmas...
cheers...grumpy but apologetic al
PS...love the pretty pictures too

Not done much to this for a bit. Just been driving it. Had always planned to rework the landy rims I'm running it on. Reduce the offset on the front ones and reverse band the rears to make the inner edge wider. But to do this it ment stick the standard rims and tyre's back on.. but would look silly like that. But not wanting to get them banded as well I thought I would just flip the centers to give a little dish them them.. after all its yet another free mod :-) So this is what I've done. Standard offset. And flipped. And fitted. Bit of dish to them. Primed ready for paint.

Well done, but you could have removed the valve before primering, too, they should not be that expensive. Will do eventually. Plan to fit smaller ones ;-)

Could you possibly put a picture up of the adjustable links you made for the rear springs? What thickness of steel did you use? Cheers
