I don't think this thread needs a proper introduction, what with it being the seven millionth on this subject.
here's the link to the fb album, you don't need an fb account to see it.
The album is 237 pictures strong, needless to say I won't post all of them here but I'll include a couple dozen here to whet you appetite.
Jonny69 being silly!
whereas his steed was very serious, and not oddball-ey at all
Just a normal car park really. Btw I helped push this car out of the mud, and happily discovered it was FWD. People helping out RWD got the muddy badge of honour.
This looks wayyy cool. Well done The Doctor
For some reason Opels tend to leave me cold, except for the top of the range RWD cars!
I mean, look at that!!
If I'm not mistaken this is b3nson 's Dolomite, very very cool car mate!
In case you don't know already (where have you been??), the next two are fer4l 's. They're droolworthy, especially as a towing combo!
Mate, when your car eats a small child, at least teach it to get rid of the pram.
Meaaaan
Nice to randomly meet you AB car pix ! Love the Sierra!
The Saturday evening was nice, after a somewhat wet afternoon
What a beaaast
If you think this is insane, wait until you see how it's driven...
I think scmick will recognize something!
(I'm sooo glad some of the speedy-blurry shots worked!)
Looks wrong, works right.
If this diversity isn't RetroRides, then I don't know what is.
(it's good to be tall sometimes)
At first I really, really thought someone had put a giant wing on a 500. Reality was a disappointment.
Felix 's Corvette looked as good as good as it sounded!
The BMW's driver was really committed to the cause of burnt tyres and tremendous speed...
while the car was basically a show car. Awesome.
Ford Ford Ford
What's this contraption then?
The Mazda food chain
Those three at it again!
Oh that's what it was then! Nevermind, nothing to see here.
want want want
<3
This was so clean I wouldn't eat on the engine, I'd get bloody operated on it
I did warn you.
Black tuned 80's Benzes, or how to make sure way is duly given.
My theory is that this is an electric car, with speakers replicating the sound of an engine, with a fake engine under the bonnet
They even put a bit of braided hose to make it more convincing! Well done.
Old vs less old. Both shiny to death.
Don't you hate it when someone brings a brand new car to a classic car show?
Hmmmmmm.
Aaand finally
I didn't take that many pictures on the Sunday, a combination of laziness and rain with a camera that isn't mine to ruin.
Infinite thanks to the crew who organized everything, it was flawless in my view. Everyone was a pleasure, no annoying late night music or burnouts or whatever, just perfect.
The only problem was I didn't have my car, or any of my three cars for that matter but alas I'm an idiot and hopefully next year will see this sorted. The absence of my car, that is, not my idiocy, that'll will be sorted when I'm dead I'm afraid.
Thanks for reading anyways, hope you liked it!
