Not worth much unless low mileage and totally rust free. Nothing special about UK Ltd editions - just base spec with PAS and a few bits stuck on by the importer. The Merlot edition was quite nice though.
Usually quite rusty in my experience like the early mk2s. Earlier cars are better.
It's needs the sills doing properly. Unfortunately the MK1 has yet to become collectable even so called limited editions. It's probably only worth around £3-500,as to repair the sills etc will cost around three times that amount.
Where exactly does it say it needs the sills doing? O I'd be looking at £1000 for it, as seems a tidy car, with only 1 mention of corrosion on previous mots
I didn't say it needed the sills doing, I said it needs the sills doing properly. I can see the repair patches on the photos and if I can see them a potential buyer can see them. Mk1 mx5 are just not fetching the money at the moment so between 3-500 is a rough guide price.
